also if I package order together matching rear bumper is it tied in on the $99 flat rate shipping or each shipped separate
We ship the rear bumper ends for free, but the rear bumper assembly would be an additional shipping charge.

not sure on the last option end cap with insert holes or without, this is regarding the fog light holes from the first option?
The end caps are these covers that go on top of the bumper around the fog light area. I have attached a link below of an F-150 with the bumper end caps to make it more clear:)
