False advertising, terrible customer service

"This part did not come painted, despite the photos showing a glossy, painted finish, and the description saying that “This grille is manufactured to match OEM specifications, ensuring a perfect fit and finish.” (When you order the same part from Honda it comes painted, so unfortunately Partify’s part does not match OEM specifications, nor does it have a perfect finish). I was upset to see that the part was unpainted when I opened the box. I will now have to spend time to find somewhere to have it painted, and pay all the costs associated with that. When I called Partify customer service to calmly voice my concerns, the customer service manager (Ali) hung up on me. This is terrible and disrespectful customer service, and Partify should be ashamed."

False advertising, terrible customer service

"Please be aware that this part does not come painted. I was upset to find that it was unpainted when I opened the box. When I placed my order, this part was advertised on the Partify website saying that “high-quality paint ensures a durable and long-lasting finish” and “This grille is manufactured to match OEM specifications, ensuring a perfect fit and finish.” (When you order the same part directly from Honda, it comes painted, so unfortunately the Partify part does not match OEM specifications, nor does it have a perfect finish). The photos on the Partify website also show the part as having a glossy, painted finish. At first, the customer service representative blamed me for not ordering the part painted, but I was later informed that it was impossible for Partify to paint this part as it is textured. Partify has since updated their website to remove the section about the part being painted, as they realized it was false advertising. In spite of this, Partify has refused to offer a full refund for the part (unless I destroy it), even though they have admitted to me that it was false advertising and that they made an error. I will now have to take the part somewhere to have it painted, and pay all associated costs. To put a cherry on top of all of this, the customer service manager (Ali) hung up on me as I was calmly voicing my concerns over the phone. This is terrible and disrespectful customer service, and Partify should be ashamed. Attached photos show the part as it arrived with the “UNPAINTED” stamp on the packing sticker, as well as a screenshot of the original part description (taken Oct. 26, 2023)."
