Order Issues and Cancellation Information

At Partify, we always want to help you out as much as possible! If something comes up with your order, we’re here to assist you quickly and make things right.


Issues With Orders

If you experience any issues with your order, please submit a request through our Order Issues Portal. Our team will review your request and work with you to resolve it as smoothly as possible.

Returns

Final Sale Policy - Painted Parts

All painted parts are final sale. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Exceptions apply only if the part qualifies under our warranty or arrives damaged.

Unpainted Parts

If you receive an unpainted part and need to send it back, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not provide return shipping labels for unpainted parts.
  • Once we receive the part back in unused, original condition, we will refund the cost of the part.
Please make sure the part is carefully packaged to avoid damage during return transit.

Cancellations

Painted Orders

  • You may cancel your order only if painting has not yet begun.

  • If the part has already been painted, cancellations are allowed under the following terms:

    • 100% refund of shipping costs

    • 50% refund of the part and paint cost

Unpainted Orders

  • Orders may be canceled as long as they have not yet shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help you through the process and find the best solution.


Painted Parts

If you selected the wrong paint code or your vehicle has been repainted, we cannot guarantee a perfect paint match. We’re not responsible for incorrect paint code selection, so please check our How to Find Your Paint Code page before ordering if you’re unsure.

Lifetime Paint Warranty

We offer a lifetime paint warranty against peeling, cracking, or fading.

The warranty is void if:

  • The part has been modified in any way

  • The part has been wrapped, ceramic coated, or bedlined

  • 3M glue or film has been applied

  • Any other alterations are made to the paint

The warranty does not cover:

  • Rock chips

  • Rust

  • Physical damage

Warranty coverage is limited to a one-time replacement or paint refund per item, per purchase. Once a replacement is received in good condition or a refund is issued, the warranty is considered fulfilled.

Important: Painted parts should not be washed for 90 days after delivery. Washing before 90 days may damage the paint. We’re happy to help guide you on proper care, but we are not responsible for any damage caused by early washing.


Shipping Damages & Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or there’s any delivery issue, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving it quickly. We’re committed to helping you get a replacement or fix any problem efficiently.

If you need to change your shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately if the order has not shipped.

  • If it has already shipped, we’ll do our best to help, though changes may not always be possible.


Uncovered Costs

While we do our best to help, Partify does not cover miscellaneous expenses such as:

  • Labor for removal or installation

  • Materials

  • Lost wages or time

  • Towing

  • Lift, dock, or storage fees

Partify is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including indirect or special damages resulting from product defects.
