I'd rate it if I HAD it! It was lost in shipment! - Still missing.

"I wrote terrible, just to get your attention. It might be great. . . but It's been almost a month since I ordered my bumper and still haven't received it. It was lost by R&L logistics somewhere in Chicago and I have made a dozen phone calls and emails trying to figure out where it its, and when it would be delivered but I've gotten is a lot of apologies and good intentions from Partify, and lies and guesses from R&L. Their HQ office says one thing and the local office says another. I've been "promised" four different delivery dates. . . and still they can't find it in their system. First: Will be delivered Dec 19th, Then Dec 22nd, Then an update= Dec 23rd. . . then "we found it. It will be delivered Dec 30th. " Still not here. So this past weekend I reassembled the whole front of the car, including AC Condenser and reinstalled the OLD broken bumper because I have an appointment with the Honda dealership to have the ACC calibrated today to clear the car for safe operations. . . so my wife can drive it again. This sucks. _ Partify offered to replace it and the next day R&L said "we found it, and will deliver it tomorrow - on Dec 30th. " So I cancelled the new order. (Which wouldn't have gotten to me by the 3rd week in January. . . . REALLY? Anyway - I'm still waiting."
