"I was very disappointed and here is why. I purposely chose to have you do the white paint and finish as I thought it would be perfect (done by professionals). So I paid the extra money (almost double) to be rest assured I'd have a flawless job when done. So. . . . it comes dirty (white powder all over it and on the lower black part of the bumper and this obvious flaw in the paint job! You did not meet my expectations!"
"Now that my job is completed, the end result should likely earn 5 stars. Keeping in mind that I have never done anything like this in the past, I am fairly happy with the product. First, I needed to replace my bumper cover I had once scraped it against a reflector post and recently, I bumped into the back end of another car. I carry a high deductible, so the damage cost was on me. Regardless, this bumper does not come with brackets or hardware. I just revisited the site and still don't see notations of brackets and hardware. Since the damage was barely noticeable, I waited till I received my new bumper from Partify to attempt the replacement. Upon removing the old bumper, I found that two of the brackets (there are four) were damaged. I also found that I needed additional hardware before the final installation. If one only needs to use old brackets from an old bumper cover, one will still need the rivets and likely clips to use the old brackets. I believe I entered my vehicles VIN before ordering just to be sure of the fit. However, I am not 100% certain I entered the VIN. The end result was a bright shining bumper that matches the bright shiny truck. Once this job was completed, I was pretty happy. In the end, I saved about $400 vs the body shop's quote. Given that I spent about 6 hours on the entire project (includes web searches and all orders) which means I earned $67 per hour as an old, retired person (tax free)."

"I ordered a front bumper for my 2015 Nissan Frontier. I paid the extra $200 to get it painted through Partify. Recieved the bumper half painted- the top half! Partify would not take the bumper back to re-paint correctly! I got a quote from Carstar autobody to repaint the bumper back to factory spec - the quote came back at $700.00 to remove Partify's paint job and re-paint to OEM. Contacted Partify and they first offered me $100 - I declined. Then they offered me $200 - I declined again. They argued that they showed pictures of the Nissan bumper half painted - I told them that all of their ads show nicely painted bumpers - painted to original spec. We are now having the dispute looked at by Paypal whom I used for the purchase. DO NOT get Paritfy to paint your part! It could cost you more than the part is worth to get it re-painted to the manufacturers paint spec. Check out Nissan's original paint job for all Nissan Frontiers from 2004 to 2020! See the photo of my 1/2 painted bumper!!"
