Took forever

"My order took nearly 45 days to arrive. Seems the bumper cover was damaged initially and Partify had to order a replacement and wait on it. I was not notified, but found out upon asking where my part was at week 3. Was told it was next to be painted. Called a week later as there was still no tracking. Was told it was just painted so it needed cure, inspection and shipment. Called another week later as I had no tracking. Thier customer service was in Canada and the part in Michigan. The rep did a great job or trying to figure out the issue. Turns out the bumper had some paint flaws, got shoved aside and never remedied. So yet another week or so before I saw tracking. I finally got the cover and the paint was done pretty well. The only niggles there was that the unpainted gray plastic part on the lower bumper has white bend marks from the folding process. They left this unpainted as that us how this Pontiac Grand Prix bumper comes, but the marks won't ever go away. I marked down the stars because of the extreme wait time. I was told this is not typical. I guess I would have appreciated a partial payment credit for the wait or even a follow-up call when the part was shipped explaining what happened and that it was looked into or something. None of that occurred, so that will dictate if I ever choose to use Partify again. The part quality and convenience is still good, so the star rating represents that."
