"I have pictures out the you know what … unfortunately the first time this was ordered they sent the wrong bumper, then they sent the correct bumper and plastics but for some reason when shipped the black plastic bumper with the fog lights were FOLDED IN HALF! I have pictures as well’ no screws clips or anything came with the bumper so we had to slowly remove them from the old bumper and put them on the new bumper… however the holes that we’re supposed to be in place when putting on were completely sealed and fiber glass was lining up so we had no choice but to drill through the bumper and the holes!!!! When I say disaster and disappointment this was!!! as it took from 12pm till 5:30pm to get the bumper on custom and fitted due to the holes not being available to put screws through and having no crews or clips or anything to hold the bumper on or the grill that was purchased as well! Refund is due and would be so appreciated!"
"Well this started back in Oct 25th 2025 and so months later Dec21st 2025 I just got all 3 pieces installed , First bumber came weeks late and it was the wrong bumper took weeks again to get the right one, it did not come in a box just wrapped in some plastic wrap, then the other 2 pieces same thing weeks to get here, The quaility of this this stuff isn't very good all of the plastic tabs are not holding the bumper at the fenders and around the headlight, The other Plastic tabs that hold the upper to the lower and the lower valance same thing I had to drill holes and use zip ties to keep it all together very very sad how all this went , Partify refunded some money but not near enough so to put toward all new from Ford, So beware for me the Ford Exploere stuff is very bad , and the paint well they sure cut corners there 2 of the ends of the bumper were not painted maybe just one coat of paint and the same for the clear coat, sorry well not recommend them ."
