Well after the damaged tailgate

"Well after the damaged tailgate the first go around, I was a lil disappointed. Going through the warranty, was not so bad which was good. Waiting months to get a replacement, was also a lil disappointing. So getting to the replacement tailgate. It showed up well packaged, which was a plus. But again I found some damage, minor, when compared to the first one. But surprising considering how well packed it was. I’ll send some photos. You can see how I’ve sanded the two spots, and the left over dark spots are where it’s damaged."

Poor communication

"Ordered 2 fenders and a tailgate for my truck. Both front fenders showed up late and a day apart. One has a small dent but that’s from shipping. The tailgate however I had to contact them several times just for them to say “it was damaged getting to us you’ll receive a shipping notification when we ship it.” With absolutely no eta or replies to any further questions. The tailgate shipped exactly 2 months later than the original estimated arrival date and have still not received it almost 3 months later. If you’re going to order from this company be prepared to wait"
