"Told the representative 3 times where the item was to be shipped. After giving him my billing address, I asked him to confirm to me that the shipping location was different than the billing address. I was away from home for 3 weeks, and my car was in a shop awaiting the item. The item shipped to my house while I was gone, and now this has caused me to be without a vehicle for a week upon my return."
