"This part did not fit very well. It had to be rigged on to the vehicle as it was missing essential pieces of it that were for connecting it to the vehicle. Right out of the box, it had a purple scuff on it. Mechanic got it on the vehicle but there are gaps where it should be connected. Also, why does it come covered in powder?"

I was wondering what color the unpainted bumpers came in as. I have a 2007 Toyota Highlander and I know some unpainted bumpers come in white and some are matte black and I think the matte black would look good with the red paint but I need to make sure that's what color they are first
