"I ordered the ford fusion fender paint matched. It arrived in about 2 weeks which was expected because of it needing to be painted. Excellent customer service when i called. I wasnt updated when the item was being painted but I was notified when it shipped. The Fender fit was excellent, Color matching was also excellent, the paint finish was very good. Overall, I'm completely satisfied."

Great product, company and customer service!

"I cannot say enough good things about Partify. I had reached out via email to ask when the part would arrive and surprisingly an actual human responded to my email to let me know that the part had arrived, was being painted, and would be shipped out soon. A few days later they reached out with an update that it was being shipped out. The paint match was SPOT ON. The seams lined up great too! Unfortunately there was a tiny ding in the part which was I can tell happened during shipping and was not Partifys fault. We were able to lift it out. I was surprised it happened because Partify had packaged the fender REALLY well. They had wrapped it many times in Styrofoam, cardboard, saran wrap, plastic and tape. I honestly don't think they could have packaged it any better. At any rate, I reached out to them about it and they were so responsive. Not only did the reply to my email to let me know they got it, they later CALLED me with a resolution. I will be purchasing from this company again and you should not hesitate for a moment to do so as well!"
