Bent and chipped fender, not full refund

"Fender was bent and would not fit right on car. CAPACITY certified part should have been better quality than that. . vendor also had two small bubbles where the paint had Not adhered and the bubbles chipped off leaving bare metal exposed. Small chips about a millimeter wide in two spots, but still. They offered to refund me half the price of the fender, but didn’t cover the price of shipping, I probably should’ve argued a bit more for more money back. However, I will say the woman I worked with Skylar was very friendly and excellent. Got back to me in a timely manner, and was professional. So I had a good experience with customer service, but the company should’ve given me all the money back plus the shipping for that part. ."

Paint is slightly off

"The ordering processing was easy and my items shipped in a reasonable amount of time. However, the color of the bumper I ordered is slightly different than the color of my truck. I triple verified during the ordering process I got the right paint code. When I unboxed the bumper, it looked the right color but after I mounted the bumper there is a noticeable difference to the rest of the truck. Kind of frustrating when I ordered a total of three pieces for the vehicle and the paint on all three is just a little different than the rest of the truck."
