Order was entered wrong and delays

"The order took 5 weeks to fill because the first effort was rejected by QC. , and when it arrived the center part of the grill was not masked off to have a black center like I asked the clerk to do. It came all one red color. But after dealing with a company that will not update their shipping, and do not call the customers when there are delays, I guess I am stuck with the all red version. I even sent the clerk 3 pictures of my old grill so they could match it. He assured me that it was no problem to mask out the center for it to remain black. But the order was entered wrong and even the shipping document says “do not mask” go figure, what a bunch of screw ups."
