It varies based on how many orders we have and how quickly we are producing parts. There is always an expected delivery date on the product page which we update as needed.
We do not offer installation, however, the parts we sell are generally easy to install. Installation times will vary from a few minutes to a couple of hours depending on the part, vehicle, and ability of installer.
Yes. We're located at 51 Charterhouse Crescent in London, Ontario. After you place your order, we will contact you as soon as your part is ready to be picked up.
Our parts are considered "OEM replacements" meaning they should look and fit exactly the same as the original parts, and are just as effective in their intended purposes.
If you order the correct part, and it doesn't fit, we will give you a full refund. This is exceptionally rare and occurs less than 0.001% of the time.
We do not cover or reimburse miscellaneous expenses, including, but not limited to: labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, or storage fees. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects.
There is no such thing as a "perfect" paint match. The paint the factory used to paint your vehicle is long gone, but that doesn't mean we can't get exceptionally close. If there is an issue with the colour match we ask our customers to send us photos and we'll either issue a partial refund or send another part depending on the circumstances. This occurs less than 1% of the time.

We do not offer returns. These parts are made specifically to your order, and we cannot easily resell them if we were to have them returned to us. If you have an issue with an order, we do offer replacements if the concern is valid. Please email us, or call in if you have issues with an order.
We are not responsible if you order the wrong part (even if you provide your VIN). The VIN is solely used to match the correct paint code. We have hundreds of orders every day and it's not practical for us to verify every customer has ordered the correct part.
