"No complaints with the part itself. The part was a direct fit and color matched perfect. The reason for the rating is due to the order itself. Ordered on April 29 along with a fender and bumper cover. Delivery was supposed to to be between May 14-May21. Had to order parts due to vehicle being hit by a deer. The parts finally arrived but not until June 9th. Most insurance companies only give you 30 days for a rental vehicle if you have the rental insurance. Because of the delays it cost me almost an extra $750. 00 that I had to pay out of pocket for rental vehicle. I asked to speak to a manager after multiple phone calls for the parts delays no response, and even sent an email no response. Customer service did credit the shipping cost of about 158. 00 back to me but does no cover the extra loss I had. The parts are great but if you need them in a hurry you may not get them on time."
