How long until I get my part?
Painted parts generally take 3-4 business days to ship out. Parts that are not painted generally ship out within 1-2 business days.
After shipment, the part may take anywhere from 1-6 business days to arrive to you depending on where you are located within Canada.
Will you paint an auto body part that I did NOT purchase from Partify?
We only sell certified auto body parts by our trusted vendors, which have been tested for safety regulations and properly primed to ensure the quality of our products.
Can I pick up my part?
Yes. We're located at 575 Grey St in London, Ontario. After you place your order either through the website or over the phone, please contact us to let us know that you would like to pick up your part(s) and we will put them aside for you.
Will you install the part for me?
We do not currently offer installation, however, the parts we ship are generally relatively easy to install. Installation times will vary from a few minutes to an hour and a half depending on the part and vehicle.
What is the quality of the parts that you sell?
Our parts are considered "OEM replacements" meaning they should look and fit exactly the same as the original parts, and are just as effective in their intended purposes.
What if the part doesn't fit?
If the part doesn't fit, we will give you a full money refund and pay for the return shipping costs. This is exceptionally rare and occurs less than 1% of the time.
What if the paint doesn't match?
The paint match is never going to be "perfect" but that doesn't mean it won't be exceptionally close. If there is an issue with the colour match we ask our customers to send us photos and we'll either issue a refund or send another part. This may occur with 2%-3% of the orders.
What's the catch with your Lifetime Paint Warranty?
There is none. Our paint supplier, Lesonal, guarantees their paint products (that is why we use them) and their promise to us is that their paint will not wear out over time. So, if our customers have any problems with the paint job in the future - Lesonal will take care of our losses, which in turn allows us to uphold our lifetime paint warranty to our customers.
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the package to be eligible for a return. In order to process your return, your item must be in the same condition and packaging that you received it. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
