Processing & Shipping

Where are you shipping from?
London, Ontario, Canada.

How long until I get my part?
Painted parts generally take 4-7 business days to ship out. Parts that are not painted generally ship out within 1-2 business days.

After shipment, the bumper may take anywhere from 1-4 business days to arrive to you depending on where you are located within Canada.

Will you paint an auto body part that I did NOT purchase from Partify?
No. We only sell certified auto body parts by our trusted vendors, which have been tested for safety regulations and properly primed to ensure the quality of our products.

Can I pick up my part?
A: No. Our business model is built on efficiency and productivity, that means the parts need to leave our facility the moment they're ready. For this to work, we cannot wait for customers to come and pick up their parts.

Will you install the part for me?
We do not currently offer installation, however, the parts we ship are generally relatively easy to install. Installation times will vary from a few minutes to an hour and a half depending on the part and vehicle.

Quality 

What is the quality of the parts that you sell?
Our parts are considered "OEM replacements" meaning they should look and fit exactly the same as the original parts, and are just as effective in their intended purposes.

What if the part doesn't fit?
If the part doesn't fit, we will give you a full money refund and pay for the return shipping costs. This is exceptionally rare and occurs less than 1% of the time.

What if the paint doesn't match?
The paint match is never going to be "perfect" but that doesn't mean it won't be exceptionally close. If there is an issue with the colour match we ask our customers to send us photos and we'll issue a refund on the cost of the paint. This may occur with 2%-3% of the orders.

Returns & Refunds
What's the catch with your Lifetime Paint Warranty?
There is none. Our paint supplier, Lesonal, guarantees their paint products (that is why we use them) and their promise to us is that their paint will not wear out over time. So, if our customers have any problems with the paint job in the future - Lesonal will take care of our losses, which in turn allows us to uphold our lifetime paint warranty to our customers.


When getting your part painted, you should definitely pay attention to the type of paint being used. Often times, body shops will paint it for cheaper but will use a lesser quality paint which will chip and fade within a few years.

What's your return policy?

Returns

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition and packaging that you received it.

Refunds
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the package. To be eligible for a refund, you must upload images here along with your order # or name. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, click here. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
